A gentle way to make changes within
Hypnotherapy is a gentle look into your sub-conscious, see what changes are necessary to make and to make those changes part of your "new" you.
Hypnotherapy is when one or more therapeutic techniques are applied into the session while you are in hypnosis (deeply relaxed = in trance). I use therapeutic techniques that are designed to activate your own inner resources, to facilitate direct communication with your sub-conscious (where your beliefs about your self and life are stored), to re-program unwanted behavioural patterns and to install new beneficial patterns within your sub-conscious.
When changes are made within your sub-conscious they manifest themselves naturally as your "new" way of being, thinking and acting.
Re-reprogramming new behavioural patterns allows you to act-a-new and not repeating re-actions!
